[FICTION] Advice! My Girlfriend insists I sell my only inherited house to sponsor her abroad

Could this still be love?, Shewa knows the lekki bungalow at Lagos is the only inherited property from my late parents.        

 

I told her we would sort other means to sponsor her commonwealth partial scholarship to Canada to pursue a degree in law in a top university. Though this might be a once time opportunity which should not be missed, but the traveling and other expenses not covered by the partial scholarship is financially way beyond us.  

I'm a government average salary earner and no way I can raise over N10million only for flight expenses, Shewa too had lost her parents at a tender age and with my help has been catering for herself since.                                   

Now no financial help seems coming and the duration given to claim the scholarship will soon elapse, shewa now insists and keep pestering me to sell my only inherited and valued asset from my late parents so as to sponsor her to Canada. 

Is it worth it!..should I sell it or not?..she has threatened to go or do anything at all cost in making sure this opportunity doesn't pass her by....Your candid advice!.
