Nigerian singer, Chidinma Ekile, has joined the small minority of Nigerian artists who have abandoned secular music in pursuit of gospel music.
Chidinma announced her new decision over the weekend, which also happened to be her 30th birthday.
The singer on Sunday, May 2, announced on Instagram that she had been a "crusader of the gospel of Jesus" and that she has released a song called "Jehovah Overdo."
Chidinma has now been signed by 'Eezee Concepts', a home also to popular Gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo.
