From reports just gathered, convoy of Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, have been attacked by suspected thugs on Saturday, October 17.
This occurred while the Governor was addressing #EndSARS protesters at the state's capital, Osogbo.
The suspected hoodlums destroyed some of the vehicles in the Governor's convoy (As seen above).
The Governor was however moved to safety by attached security aides after a stampede.
Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Governor, Mabel Aderonke, confirmed the attack on Twitter.
“There was a scary attempt on Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s life by armed thugs on Saturday in Osogbo,” She tweeted.
