Musa Yar'Adua, son to the late Nigerian ex-president "Umar Yar'Adua", has on Sunday, August 16, celebrated his Dad's 69th posthumous birthday.
Musa pen down a tribute on the popular micro blogging and social media platform, Twitter, to mark his iconic father posthumous birthday.
Celebrating his father through a tweet, he stated that his late Dad would have turned 69 years of age on Sunday, August 16, 2020.
He wrote;
“Happy Birthday to my late Father who would have turned 69 today, we still celebrate the life you lived. O Allah, whomever of us You cause to live, let him live in Islam, and whomever of us You cause to die, let him die in faith.”
The ex-president had died in May, 2010, after suffering from an ailment.
After his demise as the President of Nigeria, he was succeeded by his then deputy, Goodluck Jonathan, according to the country's constitution.
