Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Kemebradikumo Pondei, has finally broken the long silence on his collapse during the recent NDDC probe.
While speaking during a media interview, Pondei debunked rumours of his deliberate act of fainting.
According to Pondei, he had an unexpected and unexplained health challenge. Hence, he was surprised and shocked when he saw mixed reactions that he had deliberately fainted.
“I had an unexplained, unexpected health challenge. It is ridiculous to think that people believed I was acting. I would not pray for anyone to experience what I went through. I do not run from issues. I have put all that behind me,” He said.
Prof. Kemebradikumo Pondei had passed out during an investigative hearing at the National Assembly.
