Following a recent report of a 32-year-old man identified as Ahmad Aliyu, rescued by the Kano State Police Command after been locked up in a room for seven years by his parents, another 32-year-old man locked up for 15 years has been rescued.
The yet-to-be identified 32-year-old man, was allegedly locked up in a room for 15 years by his parents at the Sheka neighborhood in Kano state, prior to the rescue mission of the police.
The victim was rescued after concerned neighbors alerted the police, as he was reportedly caged and chained for undisclosed reasons.
It was learnt the victim had lost strength and shape before he was rushed to the Nasarawa Hospital in Kano.
