Embattled Nigerian Instagram socialite and alleged fraudster, Ramon Abass AKA Hushpuppi, has been transfered to the Central District of California, United States of America, for prosecution.
This is following his lawyer's "Gal Pissetzky" request denial for his bail application.
Hushpuppi was arraigned in a Chicago court on the 13th of July, 2020.
His transfer occurred on Tuesday, 14th of July, 2020, as he remain in continual custody of the US Marshal. This is in accordance with the 18 U.S.C, 3142(f).
Recall that Hushpuppi and his other accomplices, including Olalekan Jacob Ponle AKA Woodberry, were arrested in Dubai before Hushpuppi's extradition to the US, for alleged involvement in multiple cyber fraud.
