The unusual has happened after an India man deliberately cuts off his tongue in order to appease a deity (god). This was done in a bid to please the god so as to stop the pandemic virus which has hit most countries of the world.
Vivek Sharma (24) was rushed to a hospital unconsciously with his tongue in his hand. This happened at Banaskantha district in Gujarat India.
It was reported that Vivek Sharma was frustrated because he couldn,t go back to his hometown at Madhya Pradesh,due to corona-virus lockdown. Hence, he decided to appease the "Nadeshwari Mataji" deity by cutting off his tongue so as to stop the virus outbreak.
At the moment, efforts are still on the run by doctors to re-attach his tongue while investigations is to be conducted to ascertain the motives for such act.
